摘 要:对混杂纤维(玄武岩纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维)再生微粉混凝土进行四点弯曲试验和快速碳化试验,研究单、复掺纤维、水胶比及再生微粉掺量对纤维再生微粉混凝土弯曲性能及抗碳化性能的影响。研究结果表明,试件抗弯强度、抗碳化性能随水胶比、再生微粉替代率增加而降低;玄武岩纤维的掺加有利于提高混凝土的初裂荷载、抗碳化性能,PVA纤维的掺入可增强混凝土韧性;水胶比为0.28、再生微粉掺量为45%,玄武岩纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维掺量分别为0.2%、1.7%复掺时,混凝土弯曲韧性最佳,但抗碳化性能较差。A four point bending test and a rapid carbonization test were carried out on the mixed fiber(basalt fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber)reclaimed powder concrete.The effects of single fiber or composite fiber,water-binder ratio and the amount of recycled powder on the flexural properties and carbonation resistance of fiber recycled micropowder concrete were studied.The results show that with the increase of water-binder ratio and the replacement rate of recycled micro powder,the bending strength and carbonization resistance of the test block gradually decrease.The addition of BF fiber can improve the crack resistance and carbonation resistance of concrete,and the addition of PVA fiber can toughen concrete.When the water binder ratio is 0.28,the content of recycled micro powder is 45%,and the content of basalt fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber are 0.2%and 1.7%respectively,the flexural toughness of concrete is the best,while the carbonation resistance is poor.
