摘  要:建筑废弃混凝土的再利用是一种重要的环保方式,能够缓解由于砂石等资源的过度开采带来的资源枯竭问题。为了研究EMV法再生混凝土力学性能及其影响因素,以再生粗骨料取代率、粗骨料级配、单位用水量、砂率以及粉煤灰掺率为参数进行正交试验设计,对再生混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和收缩变形进行了极差分析和方差分析。结果表明:再生粗骨料取代率是EMV法再生混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量与收缩变形特性的主要影响因素,且影响程度显著。粉煤灰掺率和砂率对EMV法再生混凝土的弹性模量有一定影响,粗骨料级配对EMV法再生混凝土收缩变形特性有一定影响。Reuse of building waste concrete is an important means of environmental protection,which can alleviate the problem of resource exhaustion caused by over-exploitation of sand and stone.To study the method of EMV recycled concrete mechanics performance and its influencing factors,to replace the rate of recycled coarse aggregate,the coarse aggregate gradation,unit water consumption,sand ratio,and fly ash rate as a parameter for orthogonal experiment design,the recycled concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,elastic modulus,and shrinkage deformation of poor analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is the main factor affecting the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,elastic modulus,and shrinkage deformation characteristics of EMV recycled concrete,and the influence degree is significant.Fly ash content has a certain influence on the elastic modulus of EMV recycled concrete,and coarse aggregate grade has a certain influence on the shrinkage and deformation characteristics of EMV recycled concrete.
