摘  要:针对风电并网引起系统频率稳定性能下降的问题,设计一种考虑权重系数的风电机组动态频率控制策略。首先,提出在虚拟惯量控制中引入权重系数的控制方法,以充分发挥惯性控制和下垂控制在频率响应各阶段的控制优势,提升频率控制效果;其次,为优化风电机组运行状态,提出了频率支撑结束后的闭锁控制方法,并针对不同风电渗透场景制定了相关参数调整方案;最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了所提策略的有效性和适用性。Aimed at the problem of system frequency stability degradation caused by wind power integration,a dynamic frequency control strategy for wind turbine is designed with the consideration of weight coefficient.First,the control method of introducing weight coefficient to the virtual inertia control is proposed to give full play to the control advantag⁃es of inertia control and droop control at each stage of frequency response and improve the frequency control effect.Sec⁃ond,to optimize the wind turbine’s operation state,a blocking control method is proposed at the end of frequency sup⁃port,and an adjustment scheme for relevant parameters is formulated for different wind power penetration scenarios.Fi⁃nally,the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed strategy are verified by Matlab/Simulink simulations.
