布地奈德联合维生素D3对小儿哮喘的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿哮喘治疗中布地奈德联合维生素D3的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的小儿哮喘患儿80例,随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用维生素D3,比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状和体征消失时间、治疗前后外周血血清免疫球蛋白水平和治疗前后炎性因子表达水平。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、气促、喘鸣音和肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IgA、IgG和IgM水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-4表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘治疗中应用布地奈德联合维生素D3可以有效改善患儿肺部啰音等临床症状和体征,降低患儿炎性因子水平和改善患儿免疫功能,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with vitamin D3 in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods 80 cases of children with asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization,and the observation group was treated with vitamin D3 on the basis of the control group.The effect,disappearance time of symptom and sign,the level of peripheral blood serum immunoglobulin before and after treatment,the level of inflammatory expression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,wheezing and lung rale in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the expression levels of IL-6 and IL-4 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the expression level of IFN-γwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide combined with vitamin D3 can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the inflammatory level and improve the immune function in the treatment of children with asthma,which is worthy of promoting.
