摘 要:根据2016—2020年哈尔滨市、大庆市、绥化市(以下称哈大绥)国控环境空气自动监测站的SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(2.5)监测资料,统计年鉴中行政区划、污染物排放及气象等监测数据,分析哈大绥区域环境空气质量的变化趋势和测算因子,采用A值法核定了哈大绥区域SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(2.5)的大气环境容量。结果表明:哈大绥SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(2.5)3项污染物采暖季的大气环境容量均呈逐年递增趋势。通过计算环境承载能力发现,哈大绥SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(2.5)3项污染物在非采暖季均具有高承载能力,哈大绥非采暖季环境容量高于采暖季。哈尔滨的个别污染物仍然处于临界超载状态,为减少重污染天气,应进一步削减采暖季污染物排放量。Based on the SO_(2),NO_(2),PM_(2.5)concentrations of the state-controlled ambient air automatic monitoring station,administrative divisions in the statistical yearbook,emission and meteorological monitoring data of Harbin,Daqing,Suihua(HDS)from 2016 to 2020,the change trend and calculation factors of ambient air quality in HDS in five years were analyzed,and the atmospheric environmental capacity of its SO_(2),NO_(2),and PM_(2.5)was verified with the A-value method.The results showed that the atmospheric environment capacity of SO_(2),NO_(2),and PM_(2.5)in HDS had an increasing tread year by year during the heating season.By calculating the environmental carrying capacity,the three pollutants in HDS all had high carrying capacity during the non-heating season.The capacity in HDS in non-heating season was higher than that in heating season,and individual pollutants in Harbin were still in a critical overload state.In order to reduce the frequent occurrence of heavy pollution weather,the emissions of pollutants in the heating season should be further reduced.
