摘  要:为了研究非均匀级间引气对压气机主流流动和引气腔室内二次流动的影响,本文对工业燃机常用的级间引气布局进行了参数化的数值模拟仿真。结果显示,即便全周的环形引气腔室对引气有一定的稳压作用,在大引气量下,非均匀的引气方式依然会对主流流动造成影响,引发级间流场的周向畸变;而且,非均匀的引气方式还会导致引气腔室内的流动方向紊乱,在试验过程中难以测取精确的气动参数来反馈数值仿真;建议将试验测点布置于引气管路内,并建立级间非均匀引气的降维仿真模型来准确预测级间引气的效果。In order to study the influence of the inter-stage non-uniform bleed on the main flow of the compressor and the secondary flow in the bleed chamber,a parametric numerical simulation of the inter-stage non-uniform bleed layout commonly used in industrial gas turbines was carried out.The results show that,even if the circumferential annular chamber has a certain stabilizing influence on the bleeding air,the non-uniform bleed will still affect the main flow under large amount of bleeding flow,and bring out the circumferential distortion of the inter-stage flow field;moreover,the nonuniform bleed will cause the flow direction in the bleeding chamber to be disordered,and it is difficult to measure the aerodynamic parameters during the test to feed back the numerical simulation.It is recommended to arrange the testing point in the off-take duct,and establish a numerical zooming model of inter-stage non-uniform bleed to accurately predict the effect of inter-stage bleed.
