摘 要:为研究整体涡旋流畸变对轴流-离心组合式压气机喘振特性的影响,本文采用气腔模型来研究压气机出口的容腔效应,分别模拟了均匀进气以及不同旋流强度的正向及负向整体涡旋流畸变作用下,组合式压气机的喘振过程。研究发现,正向整体涡旋流畸变作用下,离心叶轮进口截面近盘侧存在强度较大、范围较广的正向旋流,一定程度上抑制了叶轮内的流动分离;相反地,负向整体涡旋流畸变作用下,离心叶轮进口截面近盘侧存在强度较大、范围较广的负向旋流,使叶轮内的流动分离加剧甚至引发回流,使得压气机系统进入深度喘振工况。正向整体涡旋流畸变的旋流强度越大,组合式压气机的喘振圈及喘振频率越小;负向整体涡旋流畸变作用下,旋流强度越大,喘振圈越大、喘振频率越高。In order to study the influence of bulk swirl distortion on the surge characteristics of an axial-centrifugal combined compressor,the plenum chamber model is used to study the compressor outlet chamber effect,and the surge process of combined compressor with uniform inlet co-rotating and counter-rotating bulk swirl distortion is simulated respectively.The results show that under the co-rotating bulk swirl distortion,there is a strong and wide range co-rotating swirl in the inlet section of the centrifugal impeller,which inhibits the flow separation inside the impeller to a certain extent.Under the counter rotating bulk swirl distortion,the inlet section of the centrifugal impeller has a great intensity and a wide range of counter-rotating swirl,which intensifies the flow separation inside the impeller and even backflow which causes the compressor deep surge.The stronger co-rotating bulk swirl distortion,the smaller total pressure ratio,inlet massflow and the surge frequency.With the counter-rotating bulk swirl distortion,the stronger bulk swirl,the greater total pressure ratio,inlet massflow and the surge frequency.
