摘  要:本文通过计算流体力学(CFD)和Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)方程相结合的方式,对含扭转叶型的三维多翼离心风机进行流动与噪声仿真模拟,研究了叶型扭转对于近场和远场测点噪声声压级的影响,并实现了风机的降噪优化。通过分析流场发现由于相对迎角的增大,多翼离心风机的叶片靠近底侧壁面处存在明显的气动分离问题,因此对风机叶型进行扭转设计,分别计算了不同底部扭转角构型的远场和近场测点的噪声声压级。对比不同底部扭转角噪声声压级的计算结果发现,随着底部扭转角的增加,远场和近场声压级都出现了先降后增的趋势,最终在底部扭转-35°时得到最优的远场声压级。经实验验证,扭转叶型与原始叶型相比,远场的平均声压级降低了1.3dB。In this paper,the flow and noise of a three-dimensional muti-blade centrifugal fan with twisted blade profile is numerical simulated by combining computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)equations.The effect of twist blade profile on the sound pressure level at the near-field and far-field measurement points is researched to realize fan noise reduction.By analyzing the flow field,it is found that the muti-blade centrifugal fan has an obvious aerodynamic separation near the bottom side endwall of blade due to the increase of the relative attack angle.In this case,the twist design of fan blade profile is carried on and the noise pressure levels of fan with different bottom twist angles at the far-field and near-field measurement points are calculated.Comparing the calculation results of noise pressure levels,it is found that with the increase of bottom twist angle,the far-field and near-field sound pressure levels both decrease first and then increase,and finally the optimal far-field sound pressure level is obtained when the bottom twist angle is-35°.It is verified by experiments that the average sound pressure level in the far field of twist blade profile fan is reduced by 1.3 dB compared with the original blade profile fan.
