二氧化碳压缩机段间冷却器和分离器及管道内气体发生闪爆原因分析

摘　　要：介绍尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机在开机前管道内引二氧化碳气体时,段间冷却器、分离器及管道内发生闪爆的现象。分析认为直接原因为管道内聚集的氢气与空气混合发生闪爆,间接原因为压缩机入口阀门前没有设置放空阀和取样阀,无法取样。通过采取相应的处理措施,保障了装置的运行安全。Flash explosion accidents happened in the interstage cooler,separator and pipeline inside the CO2 compressor during its commissioning to draw out carbon dioxide gas.The analysis result showed that the direct reason was the accumulated hydrogen in the pipeline mixed with the air and exploded.The indirect reason was the lack of release valve and sampling valve before the inlet of the compressor leading to no sample to be analyzed.Corresponding measures were taken to ensure the safety operation of the plant.
