摘　　要：介绍了某厂两套二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置在多年的运行过程中出现的2个非典型泄漏问题,对不同材质的二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置的工艺防腐蚀管控提出了一些优化措施,并对生产过程的工艺防腐蚀要点进行了分析。This paper introduced two(2)non-typical leakage accidents happened in two sets of carbon dioxide stripping urea units during the operation for many years,put forward some optimization measures for the process corrosion prevention control of carbon dioxide stripping urea units made of different materials,and analyzed the key points of process corrosion prevention during the production process.
