高压锅炉水泵机械密封失效原因分析及对策

摘　　要：锅炉给水系统中高压锅炉水介质具有高温、高压、易汽化等特性,时常造成泵的机械密封失效,严重时导致重大事故发生。结合高压锅炉水泵现场密封冲洗系统、介质成分、机械密封结构等造成密封泄漏的主要因素进行分析,提出相应措施和实用的改进策略。High pressure boiler water in boiler feed water system maintains the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and being easy to vaporize,which often lead to failure of mechanical seal,even serious accident.We analyzed the main reasons of mechanical failure from mechanical seal washing system,the medium composition and the seal structure,and presented related practical measures for improvement.
