基于Coilsim软件对裂解炉混合气体原料裂解模拟分析

摘　　要：为进一步丰富装置原料结构,在乙烯裂解装置新增丁烷原料裂解流程,与丙烷及液化石油气混合后再进入气体裂解炉进行裂解。为探索研究丙烷和正丁烷混合气体原料适宜的裂解工况,通过Coilsim软件模拟丙烷、正丁烷单独裂解及丙烷和正丁烷混合裂解工况,为指导实际生产提供理论依据。The new material butane was used in ethylene cracking plant to enrich the material supply.The propane was mixed with liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),then sent to the gas cracking furnace.In order to study the cracking case of mixed gas of propane and n-butane,the Coilsim software was used to simulate the cracking case of propane and n-butane separately and the mixed gas of propane and n-butane,aiming at providing theoretical foundation to guide the practical production.
