摘　　要：针对五环粉煤气化炉在运行过程中出现的腐蚀泄漏问题,分析探讨其激冷罐顶部水冷壁管泄漏原因,通过对壁管材质升级改造和精心施工,水冷壁管泄漏问题得以解决,保证了装置长周期稳定运行。This paper analyzed the leakage happened on water cooling wall tube at the top of the quench tank with regard to the corrosion leakage of Wuhuan Gasifier during its operation.The leakage problem was solved by updating the tube material and the careful installation,which ensured the long term and stable operation of the plant.
