摘  要:介绍了煤制天然气项目生产过程中水的主要来源与消耗,并根据生产工艺特点对生产过程中产生的不同水质的水采取不同处理措施,进行回收利用,实现“高水高用,低水低用,阶梯使用”,减少水资源的浪费。通过全厂水平衡分析,依据水的来源与消耗,对原水中断后生产装置的运行调整提供理论依据,当原水中断时,根据其恢复时间采取最佳的优化调整方案,合理平衡生产,尽最大可能保证化工主系统的安全稳定运行,做好科学调度、合理分配、优化生产、减少损失,实现原水中断影响最小化,安全生产最大化。The main source of raw water and its consumption in a coal-to-natural gas project were introduced.According to the characteristics of the process,water with different quality generated from the process was recovered for reutilization after taking different treatment measures in order to achieve the goal of“cascade usage of high quality for high use,low quality for low use”and to reduce the waste of water resource.By analyzing the plant-wide water balance,water supply source and consumption,a portfolio of water supply regulation in case of raw water disruption was presented.When raw water supply was off,the time of restore was taken into consideration to take the optimal adjusting plan to balance the production and safeguard the main chemical system at its largest extend to achieve scientific coordination,reasonable distribution,production optimization,and the reduction of loss,which reduced the impact of raw water disruption to its minimum,and enhanced the safety production to its maximum.
