摘　　要：通过失效模式影响及危险程度分析、危险与可操作性分析、安全完整性等级、有限元应力计算及无损检测检验,对长期停用再投用的离心压缩机进行全面评估,确保了机组运行的可靠性,对老旧装置、超期服役设备的安全风险评估有一定的借鉴意义。This paper made a complete assessment on the centrifugal compressor that was out of service for a long time and going to be put into service again from aspects of failure mode effect and criticality analysis,the hazard and operability analysis,safety integration level,stress calculation with finite element method and the ultimate nondestructive testing in order to ensure the reliability of the compressor.This assessment will provide reference for the safety and risk assessment of old machine and the equipment out of service time.
