摘  要:文章选择葡萄糖作为还原剂,探讨了植物靛蓝染料的还原工艺及对纯棉植物的染色工艺。研究结果表明,葡萄糖对植物靛蓝的还原工艺如下:植物靛蓝的质量浓度为2.5 g/L,烧碱的质量浓度为70.0 g/L,葡萄糖的质量浓度为15.0 g/L,还原温度为60℃,还原时间为20 min;葡萄糖对植物靛蓝的染色工艺如下:染色时间为60 s,氧化时间为150 s,染色次数为8~12次,由此探讨了利用烧碱对纤维进行前处理,烧碱的质量浓度为200.0 g/L,处理时间为120~160 s,可以有效增加颜色深度,同时对色牢度进行测试,结果显示染色样品色牢度达到优等品水平。This paper selects glucose as reductant and discusses the reducing process of plant indigo dye and the dyeing process of pure cotton plants.The results show that the reducing process of glucose to plant indigo is as follows:the mass concentration of plant indigo is 2.5 g/L,caustic soda is 70.0 g/L,glucose is 15.0 g/L,the reducing temperature is 60℃,and the reduction time is 20 min;the dyeing process of glucose for plant indigo is as follows:dyeing time is 60 s,oxidation time is 150 s,dyeing times is 8-12,thus discusses the use of caustic soda for fiber pretreatment,the mass concentration of caustic soda is 200.0 g/L,processing time is 120-160 s,can effectively increase the color depth,at the same time,the color fastness is tested,and the results showed that the color fastness of the stained sample reached the excellent level.
