摘 要:随着全球对快时尚的追求,纺织品废弃物的数量急剧增长,而以涤纶和棉为原料混纺的纺织品数量居多。废旧纺织品具有量大面广的特点,但也存在回收清洁困难、再利用附加值较低等问题。针对目前国内废旧涤棉混纺织物产量巨大且回收利用率较低等问题,文章主要论述了国内涤棉混纺织物的组分分离和再利用手段,详细阐述了酸解法、离子液体法、醇解法等分离涤棉混纺织物的手段,并对废旧涤棉混纺织物的回收利用前景进行了展望。Nowadays,with the global pursuit of fast fashion,the amount of textile waste has sharply increased,with the majority of textiles mixed with polyester and cotton as raw materials.Waste textiles have the characteristics of a large quantity and a wide range,but there are also problems such as difficulty in recycling and cleaning,and low added value for reuse.In response to the current problems of large production and low recycling rate of waste polyester-cotton blended fabrics in China,this paper mainly discusses the methods of component separation and reuse of domestic polyester-cotton blended fabrics,and elaborates on the acid hydrolysis method,ionic liquid method,alcoholysis method and other methods for separating polyester-cotton blended fabrics,and makes prospects for the recycling and utilization of waste polyester-cotton blended fabrics.
