摘 要:以氯铂酸为前驱体,探究不同金属负载量下Pt/SAPO-11催化剂的金属-酸催化功能对长链正构烷烃异构化的影响。研究结果发现:随着Pt负载量的增加,相应的催化剂对正十二烷(n-C_(12))的转化率随之增加,而异构化选择性则呈现先升高后降低的趋势。当Pt负载量为0.25%时,正十二烷的异构化反应可同时获得较好的转化率(63.4%)和选择性(97.3%)。表征结果表明:当Pt金属中心与Bronsted酸性中心的物质的量比值(n_(Pt)/n_(A))保持在合理范围(0.2~0.3)时,Pt/SAPO-11催化剂表现出较佳的长链烷烃异构化活性。Using H_(2)PtCl_(6) as precursor,the influence of metal-acid catalytic function of Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst on the isomerization of long-chain n-alkanes under different metal loadings was investigated.The results revealed that with the increase of platinum loading,the conversion of n-dodecane increased,and the isomerization selectivity initially increased and then decreased.When the Pt loading was 0.25%,the conversion could achieve 63.4%,with corresponding selectivity of iso-dodecane was 97.3%.By maintaining the number ratio of metal center to Bronsted acid center(n_(Pt)/n_(A))within a reasonable range of 0.2-0.3,the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst exhibited better long-chain n-alkanes hydroisomerization activity.
