摘  要:为了寻找最适宜的有机朗肯循环工质,建立了基本的亚临界有机朗肯循环热力学模型,使用拉丁超立方抽样方法确定了R1234yf、R1234ze(E)、RE143a、RE347mcc、R245fa、R1234ze(Z)、R1224yd(Z)、R365mfc、R1233zd(E)和R610等10种工质在有机朗肯循环中的最佳透平入口参数。在此基础上,基于PR状态方程和蒙特卡洛方法,研究了这10种工质的临界参数不确定度对有机朗肯循环净输出功率的影响。结果表明:R1234yf的净输出功率最大且不确定度较小,是理想的有机朗肯循环工质;R1233zd(E)的净输出功率最低,且功率不确定度最大。为有机朗肯循环工质筛选提供了新思路。In order to find suitable working substances used in organic Rankine cycle(ORC),the thermodynamic model of primary subcritical ORC cycle was established.Ten substances including R1234yf,R1234ze(E),RE143a,RE347mcc,R245fa,R1234ze(Z),R1224yd(Z),R365mfc,R1233zd(E),and R610 were used in the ORC cycle.The optimal input parameters of the turbine in the ORC cycle were determined using the Latin hypercube sampling method.Based on Monte Carlo method,the PR equation was utilized to quantitatively analyze the propagation of the critical parameter uncertainty of the 10 substances in ORC cycle.The effects of the uncertainty propagation on the ORC output net power were investigated extensively.The results show that among the studied substances,R1234yf has the maximum output power and minimum power uncertainty.It can be considered as better ORC working fluid.However,R1233zd(E)has the worst output power and biggest power uncertainty.The study provides a new view for the selection of ORC substances.
