摘　　要：【目的】利用定量方法测定评价河南省农业农村现代化发展水平。【方法】从农业产业、农业生产、农业经营、公共服务、基础设施、生态保护、投入保障、农民生活、可持续发展9个维度构建河南省农业农村现代化水平评价指标体系,采用加权函数模型对河南省各地市农业农村现代化发展水平进行测度,进而构建提升河南农业农村现代化水平的实践路径。【结果】河南省农业农村现代化水平整体不高,优势与短板并存。【结论】基于全局考虑,从优化农业产业体系、健全农业生产体系、完善农业经营体系、提高农村服务保障能力、加强农业生态建设5个方面提出优化建议,以加快河南农业农村现代化进程。【Objective】Quantitative methods were used to determine and evaluate the level of agricultural and rural modernization development in Henan Province.【Method】The evaluation index system of agricultural and rural modernization level in Henan Province was constructed from nine dimentions:agricultural industry,agricultural production,agricultural management,public service,infrastructure,ecological protection,investment guarantee,farmers’life and sustainable development,and the weighted function model was used to measure the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas in Henan Province,and then the practical path to improve the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas in Henan Province was constructed.【Result】The results show that the overall level of agricultural and rural modernization in Henan Province is not high,with advantages and disadvantages coexisting.【Conclusion】Based on the overall consideration,optimization suggestions were put forward from five aspects:optimizing agricultural industrial system,perfecting agricultural production system,perfecting agricultural management system,improving rural service guarantee ability and strengthening agricultural ecological construction,so as to speed up the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas in Henan Province.
