环保投入赋能共同富裕的理论与实证分析

摘　　要：【目的】通过分析环保投入对共同富裕的影响,厘清环保投入与共同富裕之间的作用路径。【方法】结合经济增长理论与中国环境保护政策,构建两地区两部门经济模型,纳入环保投入因子,理论研究环保投入如何影响共同富裕。构建多元非线性回归方程,实证分析环保投入对共同富裕的影响效果。【结果】(1)环保投入与经济增长呈正向关系;环保投入与贫富差距呈反向关系。(2)环保投入显著地促进共同富裕,而且具有稳健性。采用差分GMM模型分析得出,基准回归分析低估了环保投入对共同富裕的影响。【结论】加大政府环保投入力度、工业治污投资与绿色金融的支持,拓展中低收入群体居民增收渠道,扩大中等收入群体,促进共同富裕。【Objective】The study was conducted to clarify the functional path between environmental protection investment and common prosperity by analyzing the impact of environmental protection investment on common prosperity.【Method】Based on the economic growth theory and China’s environmental protection policy,an economic model of two regions and two departments was established,and the environmental protection input factor was included to theoretically study how the environmental protection input affects common prosperity.The multiple nonlinear regression equation was built to empirically analyze the impact of environmental protection investment on common prosperity.【Result】(1)There is a positive relationship between environmental protection investment and economic growth;The investment in environmental protection is inversely related to the gap between the rich and the poor.(2)Investment in environmental protection has significantly promoted common prosperity and is robust.The difference GMM model analysis shows that the benchmark regression analysis has underestimated the impact of environmental protection investment on common prosperity.【Conclusion】It is concluded that the government should increase investment in environmental protection,investment in industrial pollution control and support for green finance,expand income increasing channels for low-income residents,and expand middle-income groups to promote common prosperity.
