基于档案史料的北京民国时期种痘运动研究

摘　　要：基于北京档案史料对民国时期种痘运动的相关文献进行整理研究。通过梳理种痘单位、地点、接种人群、接种方法、接种模式等内容,发现民国时期北京市民能够广泛接种痘苗,是由于广泛的宣传、合理的接种模式以及采取了中西医相结合的办法。连续数年的种痘运动使天花得到有效控制,维护了市民的身体健康,促进了市民公共卫生意识的形成,并在一定程度上维护了城市的经济发展。Based on the historical archives of Beijing,this paper collates and studies on relevant documents of the smallpox vaccination campaign in the Republic of China.Through sorting out vaccination units and locations,population,methods and models,and other contents,it was found that the massive vaccination against smallpox by Beijing citizens lied in the extensive publicity,reasonable vaccination models and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines.The continuous practice of the vaccination campaign for over ten years effectively controlled the breakout of smallpox,maintained the health of citizens,promoted the formation of public health awareness,and thus preserved urban economic development to a certain extent.
