《伊利汗中国科技珍宝书》中妇儿脉学内容考述

摘　　要：《伊利汗中国科技珍宝书》由元代时期伊利汗国合赞汗统治期的宰相拉施特组织编撰,是迄今发现最早的一部系统介绍宋元时期中国科技发展情况的波斯文著作。此书现存残抄本一部,主要为宋元时期与中国脉学相关的文献。以此书中妇儿脉学内容为例,通过梳理相关文本,从目录篇章、异文阙文及引文情况等方面,与《通真子补注王叔和脉诀》《洁古老人注王叔和脉诀》《脉诀刊误》三部宋元时期脉学著作进行比较研究。探讨此书编撰者拉施特对中医脉学的理解与认识,以及此书在中外医学交流中的重要文献价值和史学价值,以期为相关研究提供参考。Tānksūqnāmeh was organized and compiled by Rashīd ad-Dīn,Prime Minister during the reign of the Ilkhanate’s Ghāzān Khān in the Yuan dynasty,regarded as the earliest Persian work till today to have introduced systemically ancient China’s development of science and technology in the Song and Yuan dynasties.There is one surviving fragment manuscript of this book,and the content mainly involves documents related to Chinese pulse diagnosis in the Song and Yuan dynasties.Based on the contents of women’s and children’s sphygmology,this article completed a comparative study on the aspects of catalogue and chapters,different and lost texts and quotations by sorting relevant texts in this book and comparing them with counterparts from three Song-Yuan pulse monographs,such as Tongzhenzi Bu Zhu Wang Shuhe Mai Jue(Supplementary Annotation of Wang Shuhe’s Pulse Verses by Tongzhenzi),Jiegu Laoren Zhu Wang Shuhe Mai Jue(Annotation of Wang Shuhe’s Pulse Verses by Elderly Jiegu/Zhang Yuansu)and Mai Jue Kan Wu(Revision of Pulse Verses).This paper discusses the understanding and recognition of Chinese pulse science by the author Rashīd,as well as the important documentary and historical values of this book in the medical exchanges between China and foreign countries,hoping to provide reference for related researches.
