摘 要:准确预测岩石磨蚀性是隧道掘进机刀具设计和高效掘进的重要基础,岩石的矿物成分及含量是影响岩石磨蚀性的关键因素,采用岩石矿物加权硬度测试可为岩石磨蚀性评价提供一种新思路。选定白云岩、大理石、花岗岩等各种岩性岩石,平行开展矿物加权硬度试验和岩石磨蚀性试验,建立岩石磨蚀性指数和矿物加权硬度值的函数关系,并给出了岩石磨蚀性分级表。结果表明,岩石组成中莫氏硬度高的矿物比重越大,磨蚀试验中钢针磨损随之增加,宏观表现为岩石磨蚀性指数较高;基于矿物加权硬度确定岩石磨蚀性,能够避免使用钢针测试和磨损测量等繁杂工序,操作过程简单,结果准确;建立岩石磨蚀性指数和矿物加权硬度值的函数关系和分级表,可为隧道掘进机刀具参数选取提供直接依据,具有重要工程应用价值。Accurate prediction of rock abrasivity is an important foundation for tool design and efficient tunneling of tunnel boring machines.The mineral composition and content of rocks are key factors that affect rock abrasiveness.Using rock mineral weighted hardness testing can provide a new idea for evaluating rock abrasiveness.By selecting various lithologic rocks such as dolomite,marble,granite,and conduct mineral weighted hardness tests and rock abrasion tests in parallel,we established a functional relationship between the rock abrasion index and mineral weighted hardness values,which can provide a classification table for rock abrasion.The results show that the larger the specific gravity of minerals with high Mohs hardness in rock composition,the greater the wear of steel needles in the abrasion test,and the macroscopic performance is that the rock abrasion index is higher;Determining rock abrasivity based on mineral weighted hardness can avoid complicated procedures such as steel needle testing and wear measurement,and the operation process is simple and the results are accurate;The establishment of a functional relationship and classification table between rock abrasivity index and mineral weighted hardness values can provide a direct basis for the selection of tunnel boring machine tool parameters,and has important engineering application value.
