摘 要:为定量分析不同岩性集料形貌特征及其对沥青与集料这2种材料粘附性的影响,首先通过非接触式光学三维扫描技术获取集料颗粒表面的特征点云数据,采用三维粗糙度系数JRC3D参数定量表征集料的三维形貌特征;其次,改进粗集料与沥青的粘附性试验流程与评价标准,定量评价集料表面沥青膜在水煮条件下的剥落程度;最后,基于试验结果分析了集料的三维形貌特征对粘附作用的影响,对配伍原则提出建议。结果表明:JRC3D可作为路用岩石类集料表面三维粗糙度的评价指标;集料与沥青在接触时产生的粘附性受物理及化学吸附性能影响;其中物理吸附作用相对较弱,化学吸附相对较强;玄武岩宜搭配胶质含量较高的沥青,石灰岩宜搭配沥青质含量较低的沥青使用。In order to quantitatively analyze the morphology characteristics of different lithology aggregates and their influence on the adhesion of asphalt and aggregates.Firstly,the non-contact 3D light scanning technology was used to obtain the feature point cloud data of the aggregate particle surface,and the JRC3D parameter scale was used to collect the 3D morphology characteristics of the aggregate.Secondly,the experimental process and evaluation standard of adhesion between coarse aggregate and asphalt were improved to quantitatively evaluate the paling degree of asphalt film on aggregate surface under boiling condition.Finally,based on the experimental result,the influence of the three-dimensional morphology characteristics of aggregates on adhesion was analyzed,and suggestions for compatibility principles were put forward.The results show that JRC3D can be used as the evaluation index of the three-dimensional roughness of the road rock aggregate surface.The adhesion between aggregate and asphalt is affected by physical and chemical adsorption properties.Physical adsorption is relatively weak,chemical adsorption is relatively strong;Basalt should be used with asphalt with high content of gelatin,while limestone should be used with asphalt with low content of asphaltene.
