摘  要:为了提高建筑垃圾再生骨料在混凝土中的应用效果,借助骨架-填充原理,采用等体积替代法对建筑垃圾再生骨料在混凝土中的应用进行了研究。结果表明:建筑垃圾再生骨料可以替代传统骨料制备混凝土,再生骨料粒径越小,对混凝土抗压强度的影响也越小;最佳的再生骨料替代方案为再生机制砂等体积100%替代机制砂,小石和中石均采用天然骨料,制备的再生混凝土7、28 d抗压强度分别为33.89、43.31 MPa。采用60%羟丙基甲基纤维素和40%聚丙烯酰胺复合作为絮凝剂制备再生骨料水下抗分散混凝土,复合絮凝剂掺量为0.3%时抗分散效果较好,28 d水陆强度比为0.87,坍落扩展度为543 mm。In order to improve the application effect of construction waste recycled aggregate in concrete,the application of construction waste recycled aggregate in concrete was studied by equal volume substitution method with the help of skeleton-filling principle.The results show that construction waste recycled aggregate can replace traditional aggregate to make concrete,the smaller the particle size of recycled aggregate,the smaller the impact on the compressive strength of concrete;The best replacement method of recycled aggregate is 100%of the volume of recycled aggregate.Repple and medium-size stone both use natural aggregate.The compressive strength of recycled concrete is 33.89 MPa and 43.31 MPa in 7 and 28 days respectively.A composite of 60%hypromellose and 40%polyacrylamide was used as a flocculant to prepare recycled aggregate underwater anti-dispersion concrete.The anti-dispersion effect was better when the amount of the composite flocculant was 0.3%,the intensity ratio of water to land is 0.87 and the extension of slump is 543 mm。
