摘 要:全再生砂的性能与河砂有较大不同,以全再生砂配制抹灰砂浆不能直接套用现有抹灰砂浆配合比设计方法,开展了不同单方水泥用量下全再生砂对抹灰砂浆性能影响的研究。结果表明:在单方水泥用量相同的情况下,全再生砂抹灰砂浆的需水量和28 d抗压强度均高于河砂砂浆;全再生砂抹灰砂浆用水量和28 d抗压强度随单方水泥用量变化的规律与河砂抹灰砂浆基本一致;根据试验结果,参考现有砂浆配合比设计方法,提出了全再生砂抹灰砂浆的配合比设计方法。The performance of completely recycled sand is significantly different from that of river sand,and the plastering mortar prepared with completely recycled sand cannot be calculated by the existing design method of plastering mortar mix ratio.A study was conducted on the effect of completely recycled sand on the performance of plastering mortar under different cement dosage.The results show that:under the same dosage of cement,the water demand and the compressive strength at 28 d of completely recycled sand plastering mortar are higher than that of river sand mortar;the law of water consumption and 28 d compressive strength of completely recycled sand plastering mortar changing with cement dosages are basically the same as that of river sand plastering mortar;according to the experimental results and referring to the existing mortar mix design methods,a mix design method of completely recycled sand plastering mortar is proposed.
