摘 要:通过正交试验对低负温型铁路压浆材料配比进行优化,分析各因素对压浆材料不同性能的影响,确定最佳配比为:减水剂掺量0.07%,促凝剂掺量0.025%,防冻剂掺量1.5%,缓凝剂掺量0.067%。在此基础上,通过加速腐蚀试验,对比了低负温型压浆材料与常温型压浆材料对钢绞线的防腐保护性能,制定合理的压浆工艺,模拟预应力梁压浆后降温试验,验证冬季施工过程中压浆料的抗冻性。结果表明,配比优化后的低负温型铁路压浆材料施工流动性良好,力学性能、耐久性能满足相应指标要求,具备冬季严寒地区预应力梁孔道压浆施工的可行性。The proportion of a low negative temperature railway grouting material is optimized through orthogonal test,the influence of various factors on the different properties of the grouting material is analyzed,and the optimal proportion is determined:the dosage of water reducer is 0.07%,the dosage of accelerator is 0.025%,the dosage of antifreeze is 1.5%,and the dosage of retarder is 0.067%.On this basis,through accelerated corrosion test,the anti-corrosion protection performance of low negative temperature grouting material and normal temperature grouting material on steel strand is compared,and a reasonable grouting process is developed to simulate the temperature drop test after grouting of prestressed beam,and verify the frost resistance of the grouting material during winter construction.The results show that the construction fluidity of the low negative temperature railway grouting material after the optimization of the ratio is good,the mechanical properties and durability meet the requirements of the indexes,and it is feasible to construct the prestressed beam duct grouting in the cold winter.
