摘 要:探究以改性复合聚苯板为保温层的轻型保温装饰板锚固方式,分析研究了锚固插件的厚度、长度及插件的安装位置对锚固力的影响。结果表明,锚固插件选择材质为不锈钢,长度70 mm,且安装位置距离保温板背面12 mm以上,即可满足锚固件锚固力要求。通过对改性复合聚苯板的破坏过程及破坏模型进行分析发现,其破坏过程主要为包覆在聚苯颗粒表面的无机材料断裂,破坏模型符合石材的最大拉应力理论,可在施工应用中通过此模型预测改性复合聚苯板的断裂强度,对轻型保温装饰板的安装应用提出了新的锚固方案,并对改性复合聚苯板开展相关研究提出建议。In order to investigate the anchoring methods of light insulated decorative panels with thermosetting composite polystyrene foam insulation board(TEPS-G)as the insulation layer,the influence of the material thickness,length and installation position of the inserts on the anchoring force was analyzed and studied.The results show that it can meet the combined force testing requirements of the anchors when the anchor inserts are made of stainless steel,with a length of 70 mm and the installation position is more than 12 mm from the back of the insulation pane.Through the analysis of damage process and damage model of TEPS-G,it turns out that the damage process is mainly the fracture of the inorganic material wrapping on the surface of the polystyrene particles,and the damage model conforms the maximum tensile stress theory of stone.This model can be used to predict the fracture strength of TEPS-G in construction applications.Moreover,new anchorage solutions are also proposed for the installation and application of light insulated decorative panels,and suggestions are made for related research on TEPS-G in the future.
