摘  要:利用硅酸二钙(C_(2)S)常压碳化生成CaCO_(3)作为粘结剂将珠光颜料固定于陶瓷坯体上,制备出具有珍珠光泽的免烧釉,无需经过高温烧结。考察了吸水率、碳化时间、水胶比及β/γ-C_(2)S质量比对CaCO_(3)含量的影响;最后通过XRD、TG、FTIR和SEM等手段分析了釉中C_(2)S和CaCO_(3)之间的相互作用机理,并通过三维景深光学显微镜评价了釉层表面珠光效果。结果显示:当B^(3+)掺量为1.0%时,对β-C_(2)S晶型稳定效果最好;当m(γ-C2S)∶m(β-C_(2)S)=80∶20、吸水率为15.34%、碳化时间2 h、水胶比为8时,可得到最高含量的CaCO_(3);当珠光颜料掺量为20%时,可获得最佳的珠光效果。We propose a new method to prepare a no-fire glaze with pearl luster-using C_(2)S carbonization at atmospheric pressure to generate CaCO_(3) as a binder to fix pearlescent pigments on ceramic blanks without high temperature sintering.The effects of water absorption,carbonization time,water-gel ratio and β/γ-C_(2)S mass ratio on CaCO_(3) yield were investigated;finally,the interaction mechanism between C_(2)S and CaCO_(3) in glaze was analyzed by XRD,TG,FTIR and SEM,and the pearlescent effect on the glaze surface was evaluated by three-dimensional depth-of-field optical microscopy.The results showed that when the B^(3+)doping amount was 1.0%,the best effect on β-C_(2)S crystalline stabilization was obtained;when m(γ-C_(2)S)∶m(β-C_(2)S)=80∶20,water absorption rate was 15.34%,carbonization time was 2 h and water-gel ratio was 8,the highest content of CaCO3 could be obtained;when the pearlescent pigment doping amount was 20%,the best pearlescent effect could be obtained.
