摘  要:采用异氰酸酯、稀释沥青制备异氰酸酯改性液料,并配合集料制备异氰酸酯改性沥青冷补料,利用交联反应提高冷补料的性能。实验结果表明,改性液料表现出良好的短期储存稳定性;通过调节PM-200和PPU-1102异氰酸酯的用量,可以有效调控体系黏度及反应活性,从而调节冷补料的力学性能及耐水损性能。当改性液料中稀释沥青占比为50%,PM-200和PPU-1102占比分别为10%、40%时,6%液料用量的冷补料马歇尔稳定度达到24.8 kN,残留稳定度达到86.1%,其性能与热拌沥青接近。现场应用表明,与传统冷补料相比,异氰酸酯改性沥青冷补料具有更加优异的耐久性。Isocyanate modified liquid was prepared by isocyanate and diluted asphalt.Then,isocyanate modified asphalt cold patch asphalt mixture was prepared by combining isocyanate modified liquid with aggregates.Crosslinking reaction was used to improve the performance of cold patch asphalt mixture.The experimental results show that the modified liquid exhibits good short-term storage stability.By adjusting the dosage of PM-200 and PPU-1102 isocyanate,the viscosity and the reactivity of the system can be effectively regulated,from which the mechanical properties and water damage resistance of the cold patch asphalt mixture can be well adjusted.When the proportion of diluted asphalt,PM-200 and PPU-1102 in the modified liquid are 50%,10% and 40%,respectively,the Marshall stability and the residual stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture with 6%liquid content reaches 24.8 kN and 86.1%,respectively,which are close to those of the hot asphalt mixture.Field experiments show that compared with traditional material,the isocyanate modified cold patch asphalt mixture exhibits higher durability.
