摘  要:集中式城镇排水系统具有对雨季流量的收集、输送、快速转输等特性,下游污水处理厂在不具备超量混合污水处理能力的前提下,造成溢流污染或厂前溢流,给城市水系及收纳水体造成短时冲击性污染。合流制调蓄池具有削峰填谷、实时调蓄等多项功能,是一项行之有效的削减溢流污染的设施。竹园污水调蓄池能实现旱季不溢流、削减雨季溢流频次的目标。以竹园污水调蓄池为例,介绍合流制系统超大规模调蓄池的设计特点,阐述了物理模型在大流量工况下调蓄池中的流态模拟,以及水力模型在调蓄池中的应用,可为类似超大规模调蓄池项目提供借鉴。The centralized urban drainage system has the characteristics of collection,transportation&rapid transfer of the flow in the rainy season,and the downstream sewage treatment plant causes overflow pollution or overflow in front of the plant,which causes shortterm impact pollution to the urban water system and receiving water bodies under the premise that the downstream sewage treatment plant does not have the capacity of excess mixed sewage treatment.Combined flow storage tank has many functions such as peak cutting&valley filling,real-time storage regulation,etc.It is an effective facility to reduce overflow pollution.Zhuyuan sewage storage tank can achieve the goal of no overflow in dry season and reduce the overflow frequency in rainy season.Taking Zhuyuan sewage storage tank as an example,it introduces the design characteristics of the super-large scale storage tank of the combined flow system,expounds the flow mode simulation of the storage tank under large flow conditions,and the application of the hydraulic model in the storage tank,which can provide reference for similar super-large scale storage tank projects.
