摘  要:张宣科技能源公司针对洗苯塔塔压过大,塔后煤气含苯量过高,塔效较低的情况,通过采用高效规整填料取代钢板网填料,创新填料更换的过程控制,先后对洗苯塔进行煤气切改、清洗及消防水路安装等措施,保证了填料顺利更换的同时提高了洗苯塔工作效率,减少了粗苯损失,稳定了焦炉集气管压力,改善了焦炉的操作环境。In view of the excessive pressure of the benzene washing tower,the benzene content of the gas after the tower is too high,and the tower efficiency is low,Energy Company of Zhangxuan Technology replaces the steel plate mesh packing with efficient regular packing,innovates the process control of filling replacement,and successively carries out the gas cutting,cleaning and fire water installation of the benzene washing tower to ensure the smooth replacement of the filling while improving the efficiency of the benzene washing tower.The loss of crude benzene is reduced,the pressure of collecting pipe of coke oven is stabilized,and the operating environment of coke oven is improved.
