摘　　要：中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司210万吨/年蜡油加氢裂化装置于2021年5月第三周期采用加氢精制催化剂RN-32V/RN-410、加氢裂化催化剂RHC-3/RHC-220配合技术,对开工预硫化过程中遇到的一些问题进行阐述。并根据问题的原因进行分析,提出可行性应对措施,为同类装置、使用同类催化剂、同类技术提供了可靠的数据,为其他企业提供可借鉴的经验。CNOOC Ningbo Daxia Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.adopted the hydrogenation catalyst RN-32V/RN-410 and the hydrogenation catalyst RHC-3/RHC-220 coordination technology in the third cycle in May 2021 to explain some problems encountered in the pre-vulcanization process.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,feasible countermeasures are proposed,which provide reliable data for similar devices,use of similar catalysts and similar technologies,and provide useful experience for other enterprises.
