摘　　要：石油化工机械是保证石化装置正常运行的重要基础设施,其运行质量直接影响化工装置的安全稳定运行。化工机械设备管理对维护设备的安全高效运行起着重要作用。文章从缺少健全和规范的管理制度、设备管理人员整体素质不高、设备的维修和保养不及时、设备管理资金不充裕四个方面对设备管理中存在的问题进行了简要分析,并针对四个方面提出了解决对策。Petrochemical machinery is an important infrastructure to ensure the normal operation of petrochemical plants,and its operation quality directly affects the safe and stable operation of chemical equipment.The management of chemical machinery equipment plays an important role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of equipment.This paper makes a brief analysis of the problems existing in equipment management from four aspects:lack of sound and standardized management system,low overall quality of equipment managers,untimely maintenance and repair of equipment,and insufficient funds for equipment management.The proposed solutions are put forward.
