大孔型弱碱阴树脂合成及性能影响因素的研究

摘　　要：通过苯乙烯与二乙烯苯(DVB)在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的作用下发生聚合反应,生成具有错综复杂的网状结构的聚合物,再将聚合物与氯甲醚在催化剂的作用下发生氯甲基化反应得到中间体,最后与二甲胺进行胺化反应制备弱碱阴树脂。同时,对树脂理化性能的影响因素从交联度、致孔剂、反应温度的变化进行相关论证。Through the polymerization reaction of styrene and divinylbenzene(DVB)under the action of benzoyl peroxide(BPO)initiator,the polymer with intricate network structure is generated,and then the polymer and chloromethyl ether under the action of catalyst,chloromethylation reaction to get intermediates,and finally the amination reaction with dimethylamine to prepare weak alkali negative resin.At the same time,the influence factors of the physical and chemical properties of resin from the degree of crosslinking,pore-causing agent,reaction temperature were demonstrated.
