摘 要:长输管道穿越高等级公路时,主要采用非开挖法穿越,常用的非开挖法为顶管法和定向钻法。砂卵石地层由于其自稳定性差,一直是地下工程中公认的复杂地层,在非开挖地下管道施工中采用顶管或定向钻法穿越该类地层难度较大。若采用夯管法穿越则具有较大的优越性,且能有效缩短施工工期和节省工程投资。目前夯管法主要用于污水、电力、市政等工程中,较少用于长输管道施工中。文章针对天府新区集输气管道工程采用夯管法穿越砂卵石地层的成功实施,进行了分析总结,以加大夯管法在长输管道中的应用。When the long-distance pipeline crosses the high-grade highway,the trenchless method is mainly used.The common trenchless methods are pipe jacking method and directional drilling method.Due to its poor self-stability,sandy pebble stratum has always been recognized as a complex stratum in underground engineering.It is difficult to use pipe-jacking or directional drilling method to cross such stratum in trenchless underground pipeline construction.If the tamping pipe method is used for crossing,it has great advantages,and can effectively shorten the construction period and save project investment.At present,the tamping method is mainly used in sewage,power,municipal and other projects,and is rarely used in long-distance pipeline construction.This paper analyzes and summarizes the successful implementation of tamping pipe method in the gas gathering and transmission pipeline project in Tianfu New Area in order to increase the application of tamping pipe method in long-distance pipeline.
