摘　　要：新文科建设背景下,地方财经类本科院校新法学实践教学体系的构建,应遵循融合型、智能化、深协同原则。面对当前地方财经类本科新法学实践教学融合意识不明显、智能化不够、协同育人机制不顺畅的现实问题,可以在设计法商融合型实践课程体系、升级智能化实践教学手段、打通法学高校和法治实务部门协同等方面下功夫。Under the background of constructing new liberal arts,the construction of the new law prac-tice teaching system of local finance and economics undergraduate colleges should follow the principles of in-tegration,intelligence and in-depth collaboration.Considering the non-obvious awareness of integrative teach-ing,the lack of intelligence and the non-smooth collaborative education mechanism existed in the new law practice teaching of local finance and economics undergraduate colleges,efforts can be made to design a legal and business integration practice course system,upgrade intelligent practice teaching methods,and open up the collaboration between law colleges and practice departments executing the rule of law.
