摘　　要：教务数据统计与分析是教务管理中重要的日常工作,而当前较多教务工作者仍是采用原始“土作坊”的手工方式进行数据统计,严重影响了工作效率,且极易出错,出错后也难以挑错。Excel函数与数据透视表功能强大,可方便快捷完成各类数据处理,得到使用者所需视角的数据结果。本文就教务管理中各种业务需求来探讨如何运用Excel函数与数据透视表进行数据的统计、分析和管理工作。The statistics and analysis of educational affairs data is an important daily work in educational affairs management.At present,asignificant number of educational affairs workers still use the manual method of the“original workshop”to carry out data statistics,which seriously affects work efficiency and is prone to error,and the errors are difficult to be found out.Excel functions and pivot tables have powerful functions,which can complete various data processing easily and quickly,and obtain the data results of the viewing angle required by the user.This article discusses how to use Excel functions and pivot tables for data statistics,analysis and management based on various professional work needs in educational administration.
