摘  要:燃气轮机在启动中可能会发生热悬挂故障,故障原因和相应的解决措施有多种。对比故障发生前后的相关运行参数,结合压气机低转速特性,对压气机引发的热悬挂故障机理进行了分析,并利用数值方法模拟研究了启动过程中压气机特性变化规律。结果表明,发生热悬挂的主要原因是透平前温过高导致压气机进入多重特性中的低值特性,以及压气机本身老化导致的性能衰退和耗功增加。基于分析结论,提出了预防和解决热悬挂的建议和措施。For heavy duty gas turbine,thermal suspension failure may occur during start-up.There are many causes of the failure,as well as many corresponding solutions.The relevant operation parameters before and after the failures were compared,and combined with the low speed characteristics of the compressor,the failure mechanism of thermal suspension caused by the abnormality of compressor was analyzed.Numerical simulation was used to explore the characteristic regularity during compressor start-up.The results show that the main cause of thermal suspension failure is the low-performance characteristic of compressor due to the overheat of the turbine inlet temperature.The performance degradation and power consumption increase due to the compressor aging are also the causes.Based on the analysis,advices are proposed to prevent and solve the thermal suspension failure.
