摘　　要：在某600 MW机组整套试运行过程中发现,当主汽轮机负荷升至520 MW左右时,给水泵汽轮机出力不足,机组无法继续升负荷。通过观察机组实际的运行数据,结合给水泵汽轮机和电厂相关系统的设计进行了详细分析,认为给水泵汽轮机出力不足的原因是给水泵汽轮机进口压力温度小于设计值,以及锅炉给水泵流量大于设计值。研究成果可为给水泵汽轮机和电厂相关系统的设计以及类似问题的分析提供参考。During a test operation of a 600 MW unit,the output of boiler feed pump turbine is insufficient and the unit can’t continue to raise load when the load of the main turbine increased to about 520 MW.By observing the actual operation data of the unit,the design of boiler feed pump turbine and related plant system are analyzed,and it is concluded that the cause of insufficient output of boiler feed pump turbine is that the inlet pressure and temperature of the feed pump turbine are lower than the design value,and the flow rate of the boiler feed pump is larger than the design value.The research result can provide reference for design of boiler feed pump turbine and related plant system,as well as analysis on similar problems.
