摘  要:对某电厂国产135 MW机组实施高中压缸汽封改造的情况进行了阐述,对布莱登汽封、蜂窝汽封、涡流汽封和刷式密封的结构、特点进行了对比,最终确定采用涡流汽封实施改造。通过对比高中压缸汽封改造前后的机组性能试验结果,分析改造对机组经济性的影响。研究成果可为同类机组的汽封改造及经济效益提升提供参考。The upgrading of steam seal in high-intermediate pressure cylinder for a 135 MW unit is described.Comparison of Braden steam seal,honeycomb steam seal,eddy current steam seal and brush type seal is carried out in terms of structure and characteristics,and it is determined to adopt the eddy current steam seal in upgrading.By comparing the unit performance test results before and after the seal upgrading in high-intermediate pressure cylinder,the influence of the upgrading on the unit economy is analyzed.The research results can provide reference for the steam seal upgrading and economy improvement of the same type of units.
