摘  要:润滑油系统是汽轮发电机组重要的辅助系统之一,其安全可靠性对机组的安全运行至关重要。介绍了国产660 MW超临界汽轮发电机组配备的给水泵汽轮机润滑油系统配置方案,分析了油泵切换时润滑油油压低引发跳机故障的原因,并针对不同原因提出了优化方案。所做的原因分析和提出的优化方案可为同类型机组调试及运行提供借鉴和参考。The lubricating oil system is one of the important auxiliary systems of the turbine generator unit,and its safety and reliability are of significant importance for the operation safety of the unit.The configuration scheme of the lubricating oil system of boiler feed pump turbine matching domestic 660 MW supercritical unit is presented,and the reasons for the tripping failure caused by the insufficient pressure of lubricating oil when the oil pump is switched are analyzed,and corresponding optimization schemes are proposed.The reason analysis and optimization schemes can provide reference for the commissioning and operation of the same type of units.
