摘　　要：ABB公司汽轮机产品的控制系统改造后,辅助润滑油油泵因故障停运,应急润滑油油泵未能及时启动保护动作。对该故障进行了详细的介绍,采用改造前后逻辑图对比的方法对其进行了原因分析,认为由于应急润滑油油泵逻辑的特殊性而忽略了其自动启动功能是导致该故障的原因,并提出了应急润滑油油泵保护启动逻辑的优化建议。研究成果对汽轮机控制系统改造工程具有一定的参考意义。After the reconstruction of control system of ABB steam turbine,the auxiliary lube oil pump was out of service due to failure,and the emergency lube oil pump failed to take protection action in time.The fault was presented in detail,and the cause was analyzed by comparing the logic diagram before and after the reconstruction.It was concluded that the cause was the ignorance of the automatic start-up function because of the logic particularity of the emergency lube oil pump,and optimization suggestions for the protection start-up logic of emergency lube oil pump were put forward.The research results have certain reference significance for reconstruction of turbine control system.
