加味安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析加味安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年6月北京市朝阳区管庄第二社区卫生服务中心收治的80例围绝经期失眠症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组。参照组采用加味安神定志丸治疗,试验组在参照组基础上应用黄连阿胶汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组Kupperman评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组Kupperman评分及PSQI评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及睡眠质量,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Anshen Dingzhi Wan combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal insomnia admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Guanzhuang No.2 Community Health Service Center from March 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with modified Anshen Dingzhi Wan and the experimental group was treated with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Kupperman score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Kupperman score and PSQI score in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia,modified Anshen Dingzhi Wan combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction has significant effect,it can improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
