健康教育护理在小儿黄疸中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究小儿黄疸应用健康教育护理的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月菏泽市妇幼保健院收治的68例小儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,使用密封信封法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组黄疸开始消退时间、完全消退时间短于对照组,出生4周后总胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0046)。两组患儿并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健康教育护理在小儿黄疸中的应用效果显著,可促进黄疸消失,控制总胆红素水平,提高患儿家长的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of health education nursing in children with jaundice.Methods:A total of 68 children with jaundice admitted to Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group using sealed envelope method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group implemented health education nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time for jaundice regression and the time for complete regression in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total bilirubin level at 4 weeks after birth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0046).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of health education nursing in children with jaundice is significant,which can promote the jaundice regression,control the level of total bilirubin,and enhance the satisfaction of children's parents with nursing.
