摘　　要：目的:利用合理用药监测系统(PASS),考察贵港市人民医院急诊科医生用药情况。方法:选取2021年1—6月贵港市人民医院HIS信息系统中的60187张急诊科处方作为研究对象,利用PASS对用药处方进行点评,并对点评结果用Excel进行统计、分析。结果:60187张处方中,发现16117张不合理处方,合格率为73.22%。主要不合理处方原因包括重复成分、剂量范围、药物相互作用。结论:贵港市人民医院急诊科不合理用药情况较多,相关部门应制定有效措施,减少不合理用药情况。PASS能够详细分析急诊科用药情况,但仍存在一定局限性,需进一步完善。Objective:To investigate the drug use of emergency physicians in Guigang City People's Hospital by using prescription automatic screening system(PASS).Methods:A total of 60187 emergency prescriptions in HIS information system of Guigang City People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects.PASS was used to review the prescriptions,and the results of the reviews were statistically analyzed by Excel.Results:Among the 60187 prescriptions,there were 16117 irrational prescriptions,and the qualification rate was 73.22%.The main reasons for irrational prescriptions included repeated ingredients,dose range and drug-drug interactions.Conclusion:There are many cases of irrational drug use in the emergency department of Guigang City People's Hospital,and relevant departments should formulate effective measures to reduce the irrational drug use.PASS can analyze the emergency medications in details,but it still has limitations and needs to be further improved.
