摘  要:目的:探讨超声多切面连续扫查在孕期胎儿心脏畸形筛查中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年12月山东省济宁市第三人民医院收治的100例胎儿心脏畸形孕妇作为研究对象,孕妇均行二维超声检查和超声多切面连续扫查。比较二维超声检查与超声多切面连续扫查诊断准确率和漏诊率。结果:超声多切面连续扫查的诊断准确率高于多普勒超声检查,漏诊率低于多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在孕期胎儿心脏畸形筛查中运用超声多切面连续扫查,能提高检查准确性,获得清晰的图像,降低漏诊率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of ultrasound multi-section continuous scan in screening of fetal heart malformation during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 100 pregnant women with fetal heart malformation admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City of Shandong Province from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All pregnant women underwent two-dimensional ultrasonography and ultrasound multi-section continuous scan.The diagnostic accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of two-dimensional ultrasonography and ultrasound multi-section continuous scan were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound multi-section continuous scan was higher than that of Doppler ultrasound,the missed diagnosis rate of ultrasound multi-section continuous scan was lower than that of Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the screening of fetal heart malformation during pregnancy,the application of ultrasound multi-section continuous scan can improve the accuracy of the examination,obtain clear images and reduce the missed diagnosis rate.
