个性化心理护理在儿科门诊静脉输液患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化心理护理在儿科门诊静脉输液患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院进行静脉输液的108例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理。比较两组依从性、一次穿刺成功率、不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:个性化心理护理应用于儿科门诊静脉输液患儿中,能改善患儿治疗依从性,提高一次穿刺成功率,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized psychological nursing in the children with intravenous infusion in pediatrics clinic.Methods:A total of 108 children receiving intravenous infusion in the Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance,success rate of one puncture,and adverse events in two groups were compared.Results:The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The success rate of one puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application of individualized psychological nursing in the children with intravenous infusion in pediatrics clinic can improve the treatment compliance,increase the success rate of one puncture,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
