摘 要:目的:探讨医院发热门诊实施人性化护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月江苏省昆山市第三人民医院发热门诊收治的200例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理。比较两组护理满意度、护理质量、心理状态、就诊时间、医患纠纷及投诉事件发生情况、生活质量。结果:观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。观察组就诊环境、服务态度、沟通质量、责任意识、医患关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组就诊时间短于对照组,投诉事件及医患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、生理机能、社会功能、一般健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院发热门诊实施人性化护理干预,能够提高护理服务质量,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度,减少医疗纠纷等不良事件,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention in the hospital fever clinic.Methods:A total of 200 patients admitted to the fever clinic of the Third People's Hospital of Kunshan City in Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented humanized nursing.The nursing satisfaction,nursing quality,psychological status,treatment time,occurrence of doctor-patient disputes and complaints,and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).The treatment environment,service attitude,communication quality,sense of responsibility,and doctor-patient relationship scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complaints and doctor-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental health,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,emotional function,physiological functioning,social function,and general health status scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing humanized nursing intervention in the hospital fever clinic can enhance the
